Notes: 

At the edge of the side glued to the flyleaf there is the remains of the start of the title of the printed book which was at least 11 lines long, and provided a list of the sections of the work, as what remains is only in each instance the opening capital 'D' (for 'De...'). Same script as at Harsnett K.f.11 iii etc.
